Buster and I started raising chickens back in 2006. As any great adventures go, we are now also selling farm fresh eggs which include colors of brown, green, blue, pink, white and chocolate, hatching baby chicks, selling fresh whole pasture raised chickens and have even started dabbling in quails. Our laying flock are pasture raised and do get to free range, only being penned up at night for their safety. We do also specialize in certain breeds that we show at the local open poultry shows. Buster has won several ribbons and a couple of trophies showing our birds that we have raised since baby chicks. We sell most of our birds at Arcola Feed Store, just south of Houston but always welcome calls from those wanting to purchase from our hobby farm.
Our flock, including our quails, get tested several times a year from the TVMDL and are registered with the Texas Animal Health Commission. Certificate, flock number and permit number are available upon request.
